Students will learn how command operates on scene and the importance of scene stabilization during auto extrication. Students will be required to demonstrate in a team environment arriving on scene and completing roles assigned by command.
Students will learn how to care for patients in motor vehicle collisions. Including;

This course will go beyond our operations level course which will allow more hands on and unique scenarios that will test your knowledge and skills and build your confidence in auto extrication. Students will have an opportunity to learn many various advanced extrication techniques, such as, side removal, tunneling, third door conversion and dash displacement. In addition students will have an opportunity to learn and practice advance stabilization techniques utilizing specialized equipment such as, rescue bags, cribbing, ratchet straps and struts.
Students will have access to the latest and most advanced auto extrication tools and equipment available today to ensure your skills and competencies carry over to your career or volunteer fire service.
